Q Can I get a demonstration on how the electronic transfer of files works?

î  Yes. MEDÎSEC will provide you with a “dummy account”.

Q What Hardware or software is required ?

î  Nothing special really.  We will supply you with the options for FREE connection at time of setup.

Q What type of recorder do I need?

î  A digital voice recorder which can be purchased from most major retail outlets or online. What type, really depends on your requirements and budget – we are happy to discuss the right choice with you.  

Q Can I just send my files by email and receive back by email ?

î  No. This is against Australian Legislation and Computing bodies.  More information on this can be obtained at our Privacy Policy page.

Q  Are there any contracts or establishment fees ?

î   Absolutely not.  We are an obligation free service.

Q  Is there a minimum recording time I must send through with each batch at any one time ?

î   No.

Q  What happens if I have trouble accessing my mailbox or, have forgotten my account details ?

î   We offer free 24/7 technical support.

 Are there any restrictions on when I can access your service or my secure private mailbox ?

î   You can access your secure private mailbox from any computer via  FTP, VPN or Web Portal any time.  You can be assured there is always someone at the other end processing your batch(s) and remember tech support 24/7.

What if I want just some general information:

î  We are available 8am to 7.00pm(EST). RESPONSE TIMES IMMEDIATE

Q What should I do to commence using the service?

Q  What is your method of billing?

î  We charge by line count. Fees are readily available on enquiry.  

Q What happens if the reports are urgent?

î  No problem. We can get that report to you within 20 minutes or less depending on its size. There are provisions in your Secure Private Mail box to upload urgent audio files. 

Q What happens if I am not satisfied with the quality of your service?

î MEDÎSEC have very strict code of practice principles. Our policy is to provide services of the highest standards which, we believe we do. If you are not happy with any of our services or simply wish to provide constructive criticism  – “WE ARE SILENT SO WE CAN HEAR”
